Garey I wanted to learn to make all kinds of wine so if you are trying to do the same I suggest you buy this book and "The Joy of Home Wine Making" by Terry A. This is a great book on making wine from and growing grapes. Keep in mind, this is only for making wine from grapes.

I think the book is well written, well organized and easy to understand. I am a weekend vineyardist. It does not leave you guessing as to what to do next or leave you thinking that you need to buy another book. I especially like the section on trellising and pruning. It's just a hobby that I got into a couple of years ago. Of the 1/2 dozen or so books that I have read on this hobby, I would rank this one at the top.
